Well, the company "Cadbury Adams Company" Owns Swedish fish but really its made in sweden and Canada.

Oh Spark, since you’re part Sweden, (right?) I’d like to ask, is it true the creator or Swedish fish is from Sweden? Bc my friend Litzie told me that the other day and I wasn’t exactly sure :/
