So um... I had a doctors appointment today and... yeah...

I know none of you are gonna take me seriously but I have ADHD... I haven’t really been sleeping well, I can’t stay focused on stuff, and I can’t calm down and not run around. Every time someone makes me not feel well, I lash out on them. I hope all of you are taking me seriously...
