I’ve almost committed suicide before
I was in my car with my parents and we were driving Down a ride and I started thinking what if I jumped out? And it started to be so big in my head that I grabbed the latch to open the door but I realized what I was doing to stop
Now I can’t be near car doors or else I might commit suicide
