A bff never goes away... (A sad to happy story)

Out in the late 1960s two best friends never stood apart.
They were so close that they're relationship got so huge.
They made friendship Bracelets to show how much they cared for each other.
They never took it off and promised that if it breaks one of us has died but the other will stitch it back up and wear both of them.
After dinner the two friends walked to the park. They played and whent back home.
The next day the school went to the forest to investigate creatures. After a while the one friend saw that her friend was screaming.
Without telling anyone she ran as fast as she could and saw her friend on the floor alive. A 90 year old woman held on to her neck with a gun in her hand. She said "if you kill your classmate secretly ill let her free" her friend with a hand on her neck knew the other girl hated killing and would die if she had to. But the girls friendship was so big she took a random hammer on the floor next to a rock and told the classmate to come. The classmate followed and the girl killed the boy with the hammer. The 90 year old woman was lieing and "shot" her friend. The girl was angry and sad. Her friendship bracelet broke in half but the girl still kept it. The very next day she stitched it back up and wore it all her life until when she was in her home sipping on her coffee she heard a knock on her door. She assumed it was the mail man so she opened the door to not find a mail man but her best friend 30 years ago.
She cried happy tears and hugged her and never questioned why she didn't die. They both died together and had a happy rest of their life .
