Something bothering me

For the past few day I have the feeling that I am being watch or...or if something wants to kill me- so my mom said oh its just your anxiety so I said okay- I gave ot a few more days then when I was takeing a shower omg- my towel FELL ON THE FLOOR but the thing is it was on the toilet like HOw does it fall off? So ya that freaked me out..a lot then when o was walking down my hallway I heard footsteps after my footsteps and of course I run all the way to the kitchen and grab a knife '-' i waited there for about 5 mins and nothing happened so...I got something to eat because why not then I see something like error like it it didn't have like the bow tie or error on it face but it was tall- thats all :< "help"
