These are basic ghouls in this series they wont harm you, in fact, they want to be your freind, because they are can not have mothers or fathers because they are born alone, they are searching endlessly for a freind but they can only be out with their freind at night, natural light kills them, although they are only seen outside, thats only at night most commonly at abandoned military bases.
