INSANIAC

this is still Neo Genocide.
INSANIAC will be his name for now.
It's a combo name from "Insane" and "Maniac"

He has a bit of a messy front line hair. (As you can tell he has 2 extra hair lines instead of 2 hair lines)
He has a mask on because of his screams, some say it sounded demonic. But if you take off his mask he won't scream unless you leave him alone in a room without it.

His metal padlock collars (the one in his neck and two legs and arms) are very secured because he attempted to escape 7 times.

If the Neck collar isn't in his neck anymore it'll display a loud sound and connects to the sirens alarm.
If it still is on him and he is no where to be found, the neck collar will display a loud noise and the light on his collar will flash brightly.
And so as the same for the other padlock collars.
