Well if that is true, you might be going through something that reminds you of a traumatic experience, even if the experience is small, you are 12 and emotions are going to overwhelm you (I know from experience) when this happens DONT panic or get frustrated just get a wet towel or wash cloth and wipe your face off try your best to calm down
