So sometimes we should just take a moment to breath and to relax, it hurts to always keep a fast pace. Its so tiring when we work and stay up all night just to work and to go to sleep thinking about something you did that whole time. No matter how heavy a situation may be, how extremely draining it is to carry on, we should drop our guard and lay down with a cuppa tea or hot chocolate.

I cant pretend there isnt anything going on right now, so I hope in the end everyone can have a moment of peace where they let go of what makes them unhappy, stressed or burdened and just breath without that feeing in their stomach. Take care of yourself, ok?
