i hate it when i think of my dad

bad bad memories
now when i hear screaming, or yelling in general it gives my ptsd im not kidding
not very pog..
i cant think of the good times with him, its just intoxicated by all my bad memories of him.
i have to crack my fingers and apply pressure to them to cope sometimes
but thats for when my anxiety is to overwhelming
it kinda scared me when people simply raise their voice at me
especially if i dont know them. like do you have to be that loud?.. Jesus
