Im not really used to drawing humans with normal skin color

The way I draw characters is like-
Hhhh
White pale skin with random pastel colors as the shading
And ⓕⓛⓤⓕⓕⓨ ⓗⓐⓘⓡ
AKA hair thats combined with the skin..-
