some changes

The Fantasy Hero (Neo Star) have recently been through changes.

As you can see he now has flaming blue hair (Posted about that not long ago)
His outfit is no longer colorful anymore He is now officially sticking to the Blue / Cyan Side
And his coat and scarf has changed too

The weapon only have small tiny changes but the rest stays the same
The weapon is no longer colorful anymore and now matches Neo Star's Heroic appearance
