So I have figured out why it’s harder for a boy to draw a female and a girl to draw a male

Because our anatomy is different
Woman have slimmer and smaller body types
And men have more sturdy and bigger body types
Most people use themselves as a way of figuring out how to draw certain body parts
But some people can draw both or only the opposite sex because they look at examples of the opposite sex instead of their own
