I am in absolute and utter pain right now

On my least arm I got the COVID vaccine so my entire arm and also my hand hurt
And I was stabbed with a needle 4 times in my right arm
I am typing this in complete pain
And next Monday I have to get another blood draw TT^TT
Why do I have to be broken?
