Im scared of going outside even if there is no virus...

I was watching a late night Sunday show then the host was talking about Asian hate... There was a girl in our country who got burned by acid, (she still alive) but I got so scared because they hate us, not just me but a whole lit of people have been harassed just because we are Asian doesn't mean that all of us have the virus... So I was listening to the TV then I thought to myself. "what if that happened to me just because in asian?" then I got scared, I wanted to explore the world but, no... I can't... I'm scared....
