I have a serious question

Is it bad that when im online on discord, im constantly checking for a certain person to be online- and when they are, im constantly checking to see if they went offline and when they do im sad and wait for them to come back? Idk i just feel clingly and annoying bc of it- like, i swipe to the side every 2 minutes to see if they're online/still offline or went offline.
