Yo I think I fucked up my eyes help

So 5 hours ago I was at the beach, and right after i was finished swimming, i lied on my towel (still all wet) and i wiped my face with my wet hands. And like the picture above, i let my hands on my face and a very small hole to see through it and i stared at the sun for about 20 seconds. Yes I konw, staring at the sun is very dumb.
And I think the waterdrops on my hands made a magnifying effect with the sunlight on my eyes ?? Because right after, i saw these yellow transparent stains on my eyesight (like above), and i thought it wasn't such a big deal since it always does this when i stare into a light source, and these kind of stains dissapear in like 10 minutes. But this time they're still here!!?? 5 hours after!!!!
I am worried guys, i really hope they dissapear through the night...
