Basically in summary he harassed and continuously insulted someone who pointed out his alt account. Along with making a killing animation of them, sending death wishes, and even a sexual threat. The person he did this to was 12, and frank is 16. Meaning the sexual threat can be considered pedophilic.
There is also a possibility he made a sexual drawing of this person with him, which can be considered cp, and pretended to be them (a copy cat account) and said things no 12 yr old should be saying.
He also copied Keyys style without permission or credit, stole two of her ocs, made an account completely taking one of her oc’s named Nova, and basically even wished for her to die.
