Its better to cry than to not

bro whenever I feel bad and then think of suciding (sometimes) I start bursting out of tears but I hate it when I do that because I dont wanna cry

I don’t know- whenever I type something new in my sewercide note I start crying for no reason.

I dont know I feel like it was a mood swing or I was laying down for too long
