I might need some ideas for claustrophobia

I’m not sure how to do it
I was thinking maybe someone is tied up in a small room and the phobia monster lurks behind them or in the shadows
Idk what do you people think I should probably do

It surrounds you in a thic fog which you can only see two feet away in any direction.
