Idk maybe she should be an OC too
If so, she’d probably be related to Neon but she’s a bit different

So this is Sugarfrost,
(Yes, her design is like Neapolitan ice cream)
She can change the size of her wings,
And even though she has fur(she’s not made of ice cream), she’s very very cold
(even her breath is cold too),
She also whispers when she talks… not sure why.

Make sure you don’t get her angry enough to bite you… because you’ll get.. frostbite… haha get it…

Very bad I know but who knows… it might be true
