This includes cities, towns, innocent people
They were bombed ALL this time Just by the fact they're close to vietnam, and North Vietnamese forces were passing through Laos.
And they call It strategy
We shouldnt forget the lives of Millions people lost during vietnam war, Iraq war and many of them
