ISIS was never allied with Iraq, and was never friendly with them on the contrary they have been at war for almost 1 decade

Yeah, I think this was Bush's worst Decision but he did Unite the Country against a Common Enemy during 9/11 happened which was one of the Best Moments in my Opinion of his Presidency.

I don't really get into American politics but Bush is definitely one of the worst of them
