The 13 colonies was discovered by a group of English man and they made a little colony called James town because the English wanted gold but before that in England that wanted to practice their religion in peace so they went over to the new world and MADE Jamestown things was not going great they was fighting the natives and when it was winter alt of people died because they had no food until someone came and fix Jamestown and things got better so yeah a.bunch of Irish Germans Swiss I think but yeah they expand I guess to make The colonies New York Virginia north and south Carolina New Jersey Connecticut Massachusetts Delaware Maryland Georgia Rode Island and Pennsylvania so yeah I think that's all

There were European Powers in North America not only just Great Britain. There were the Kingdom of France, the Kingdom of Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, and Portugal. The European Powers fought different wars with the Natives and each other which resulted in Britain achieving the East Coast. But there were still fighting even the Tribes were at Peace with the Great Powers.
