Transnistria an unrecognized Country. Transnistria is a region in Europe it borders Moldova and Ukraine Transitia is a part of Moldova but the people in Transnistria dont recognize themselves as Moldovans. The flag of Transnistria is the only flag that uses the Soviet flag on there.
