I’ve decided to go on a diet change
I’ll be eating three times a day, with snacks between each session. The food I’ll be eating will have fiber, protein, carbs, and iron. (Along with the other basic vitamins)
Sugars will be the snacks which will consist of fruits/smoothies
And I will hopefully be drinking water as well
(Of course I’ll need to move more, because I need more oxygen circulation)
I’ve had enough of be lethargic and tired all the time, I need to be more productive (and for gods sake I need to gain weight holy shit I’m underweight)
Hopefully I’ll go through with it
