New Oc: Belvanie (Bel for short)

She’s 201 years old, she absolutely HATES bright and happy stuff. She HAAATES smiling, She has an older sister named Sirenelle, and the only way you can get her to stop attacking you if she’s angered, is to give her ketchup.

She usually is never caught with extreme energy, she is only slow and un-energetic all the time.
To get her to come over to hang out, they use an Ouija Board. They drag the oracle, and spell her name.

She LITERALLY ONLY appears holding a bottle of KETCHUP, or CHERRY JUICE, because they both look like BLOOD.
