My parents started yelling again..

So I was in my room texting a friend when my mom said I had to go clean the Dining room again and I was like OK so I did what I thought I had to do then left My sister also had to clean the living room again Like 20 minutes later My mom said I had to go back and clean the dining room again. And My sister has to clean the Living room then my sister and my mom started yelling and then my dad joined in and I'm constantly yelling in my mind " it's okay its okay It's okay ITS okay ITS OKAY ITSOKAYITSOKAYITSOKAYITSOKAY " So I'm almost about to cry I ask my mom if the diner room looks OK and she's like yes and thank you My dad is yelling at my sister Then I get to my room I opened the door and I almost start bawling you eyes out, I shut the door and slide on it Crying then after I stopped my crying fest which was about a minute, I opened the door after clearing my eyes and making it look like I wasn't crying. I asked my mom if I could go outside and she said sure so then I go outside and then I cry my eyes out again, And well here we are.

I'm doing great actually, Although I didn't get very good sleep because of my leg my legs started hurting and believe my bone was growing and I couldn't sleep.

I'm still shaking from when my dog almost died which was about 3 to 2 days ago, So it's either I'm traumatized or.....
