Add dark liquid to the eyes and mouth

Add a slit to the mouth so it looks like it could peel its face right off

And last thing, the human mind if it doesn’t know what will attack them will make up things that could attack it

If you get glimpses and sights of the creature the mind starts spinning, screaming in fear of what it could be :D
