I was given a box from a old freind

It says I can't look away from it, I looked away to read the letter, at first the box was a dark void with nothing in it, but I hear running when I looked up, it was done I looked down again the running got louder I look again, a smell came from the box like sweat, and decay I went to get ductape to shut the lid when I look from my kitchen with the tape in hand I drop it, a mans head peaked out of the hole, i don't Wana look away but things keep coming up, I had to save my cat from choking but I can hear his breath down my neck now, I wasn't fast enough
