It is normal because you don't try and try, you have to draw so much to get an art style, it isn't that easy, you can't draw good younger, you have to improve a lot and watch or take inspiration of people (NOT STEALING OR COPYING OTHER PEOPLE WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION)

Let me tell you that you don't have to hate someone because they has a good art style, Instead of hating someone that animated and draws good, do something for your ownd, try hard to get better on art too and you'll be good too.
