I feel like I have over 20 cats that died in my household including baby kittens

were not like
abusing
we just find alot of baby kittens left alone in the streets and so we decided to take care of them well alot didnt make it because our house isnt a veterinary clinic of course

my mom spayed all the street momma cats even the ones that arent even ours so we cant see another pack of kittens die as we try to desperately let them live

i found a kitten on the street and later it died bc of infection :((
