I drank water all ready I threw it up, my throats hurts from throwing up so much, I'm afraid if I calm down my heart will stop

Thank you I'm in so much pain, dude I think I might die it's never hurt this bad, I don't think I've cried this hard in a long time

Stay calm and drink water, I know this sounds like hippy shit but trust me every thing will get better once you are calm :)
