I have no idea why I'm so relaxed

For some reason I feel so relaxed and happy like some weight has been lifted off my shoulders like somthing just got up and left, somthing weighing me down and I feel so light and happy I swear to god I could hug somone right now, I could fucking dance I can fucking be normal again, well as close as I can be but close enough
