i dont exactly know how any of this junk works(makes me sound old but ive never used an iphone icloud or whatever until now) and im still friends with them so i cant rlly just blow them off

You can try a reset. It’ll delete everything but you won’t have to deal with that anymore.
It might not be well if you have saved drafts
Or you can create a completely different iCloud and use that
