I hate how scared I am of spiders

So…I saw one on the side of my bed two hours ago… I splashed it with water (also two hours ago) and I’m still scared of it.
I’m sorry I really didn’t want to do it but my irrational fear took over me. I’m so tired but still scared to sleep.
I am aware though that spiders don’t like the sound of our breathing and heart beat when we sleep but it’s still creepy especially when I spot on on my freaking bed where I freaking sleep
Why do I have to suffer this way, and it makes others suffer too like that spider I probably drowned

Bro there was one on me and I was so scared because it was black and I thought I saw that it had a red spot.

im so brutally scared of spiders to the point i cant even get near it to kill it even if its small as a freckle 😖🕸️
