Man I was like a rock today

And not in a good way I’m numb but I feel so much but i can’t, it’s like im two separate people and I think that’s just getting to me, and I know just cause I always seem depressed im not all the time, but more than often I am, like how my glasses are two separate colors I know so am I, im two different people, in one body, and I just can’t act normally, im am not there
