Found an exit on the Backrooms

Me: “Is that it? An exit that leads to reality?”
Me: “Oh I can't believe it!”
Me: “I finally be able to return back to my reality!”
Me: “I hope it's gonna be something I said behind the portal…”
Me: “I'm curious what's behind on the portal”

Soon afterwards, hes be able to return back to his reality by entering through the portal without knowing what is actually behind the portal. It was complete opposite of what he said. There is something else there rather than life thriving there...
