Guys I recently found out that I have diabetes even though I'm built like a stick figure

Apparently it got passed down to me from my grandma and my Great Grandma I don't know it's weird and now whenever I eat I have to get stabbed with a needle to make sure my blood sugar is not too high or low because I can either have a heart attack or stroke or maybe something worse I don't know

Oof so does my grampa he also has lung cancer so he might die soon and im feeling woried about him because my granny went to my house
