I don’t understand however

So when I posted when I almost had my skull fractured it was well it almost happened to me and that’s not the important part for a long time I’ve been trying to learn the “Ultra Instinct” stuff and well it didn’t work out until yesterday when the ball almost hit me I basically just moved without thinking at all just like how Goku’s body moved without him thinking during DBS no I’m not saying stuff that’s cap I’m just thinking it is really real
