Omg- how u get it that stuck??

My Headphones got stuck inside my ear and I removed it with my fingers in the middle of the night with my brother very confused why He was hearing heavy breathing and I was hitting my own head with my palm and had my fingers in my ear, one wrong move and it would have been in there for a while
