I yelled at everyone in my house because they keep coming in my room and trying to get me to eat dinner and I’m not hungry and I want to hide under my bed but I don’t even fit anymore and I feel sick and I think I’m going to cry and then I’m going to die because I’m literally going to explode I’m thinking of going for a run or something like that but I don’t know what to doooooooo! 😭
