The Lab - Ep. 3: Secretive Love

14 days until my execution.

It’s lunchtime currently. We’re having pizza, since it’s Pizza Friday, as they call it. Don’t get me wrong,
the pizza here is actually amazingly delicious. That’s why everyone gets all hyped up when it’s Friday.
I have to sit with Class D for all of lunch. I always sit next to my friend, D-07. I may have a “tiny” crush
on him. No- Listen. Listen. I have reasons to like him. One: He’s very nice and calm. Two: He’s kinda
like the school sheriff around this place. And three: I noticed he is also very athletic. It’s very cool. His
power is fire bending. His hair is made out of fire and his skin is made out of charcoal. I’ve liked him
ever since I came to this lab.

D-07: Hey, D-63? Are you okay?
D-63: AH- de- I-I’m fine! Thanks! *nervously laughing*
D-07: Okay, if you say so. Would you like to play football with
me and my friends? I understand if you’re too tired to. *smile*
D-63: O-Oh, no.. I can’t. I have detention..
D-07: Alright, then- Wait, what? detention? What for?
D-63: B-42.. threw a soccer ball at me, started talking back,
I ended up attacking him, left him with no words.
D-07: Oh. That little retard. What’s his problem anyway?
D-63: I don’t know.
D-07: By the way, do you want to go on a walk in the Lab’s
Garden together tomorrow?
D-63: … Me? Really? I need time to decide..
D-07: Alright, let me know if you made your decision.

As I walked to detention I was thinking super hard, because he basically asked me out. What the hell
do I say?!
