The Lab: Ep. 6: Date Ruined

13 days before my execution.

Omg!! AHH! I literally have BUTTERFLIES IN MY STOMACH right now. And.. wow. He looks so good! Where
did he even find something as cute as that shirt? It looks great on him! We’re about to walk around the garden
together.

D-63: So.. let’s go on that walk now?..
D-07: Yeah!!

We started walking around the Lab’s Garden. As we walked, the flowers were all so beautiful and different. Somehow, D-07 knew exactly what all of these flowers were. He pointed at them, said their names, and told
me some features about them.

D-07: That’s a bluebell. It’s very rare to see them growing an a place that isn’t next to a
body of water.
D-63: Wow.. they’re so pretty..!
D-07: That’s a sunflower! In the night, their heads face down because they only look at
the sun!
D-63: Whoa.. how do you know all this?
D-07: I like gardening! It’s what I do in the last minutes of recess!

He walked to the wall. There was a backpack laying beside it. He opened the backpack and there were tons
of gardening tools in it, it also had flower seeds!

D-63: You do all this on your own? Not with an adult?
D-07: Yep. All on my own.
D-63: W- Wow.. you’re very talented!
D-07: Thanks!

When we finished walking, we both went to that cherry tree and sat beside it.

D-63: Well.. I’ve been meaning to tell you something.. for a long time.
D-07: Oh! Sure! You can tell me anything!
D-63: I.. I..
D-07: *patiently waiting*
D-63: I LIKE-

As soon as I finished saying the word “like”.. HE came.

B-42: BOO!
D-07 and D-63: AAHHH!
B-42: Hahahaha! I GOT YOU! Aw, you shoulda seen your face!
D-07: Quit it, B-42. We’re in the middle of something.
B-42: What the hell is stopping me?! You wouldn’t hit another kid, would ya?
D-63: CUT IT OUT! Uugh..
B-42: Aww, is this a little date? How cute!~
D-63 and D-07: THIS IS NOT A DATE!!
B-42: Well, whatever it is, D-63 is mine, not yours.
D-07: Excuse me?? She hates you with all her heart! Don’t you see how much
she doesn’t want you here?!
B-42: NO! SHE’S MY LADY! NOT YOURS, you ¡BRUJA!
D-07: WHO ARE YOU CALLING A WITCH?!
B-42: YOUR LIFE, YOU WILDFIRE!
D-07: UUGH! YOU KNOCKOFF PENNYWISE!

As they were arguing, literally EVERYONE was looking at us three. It is SO embarassing.

D-07: She doesn’t love you B-42! I know who she loves, and that’s her choice!

Then he just.. grabbed me. And hugged me. Does he like me? I have mixed feelings about what is happening
right now. One side it’s so weird I wanna push him away! On another side.. it’s kinda nice.. B-42 gasped in shock.

B-42: UGH! One day, you’ll be MINE, D-63!
D-63: HELL I WILL!

Then he stomped away.

Edit: “Bruja” is Spanish for the word “witch”
