The Lab - Ep. 16: I Love You

**3:15 A.M.**

Right after I said “Run for your life,” everyone started screaming and running. Some even started using their powers to attack. The scientists tried to tranquilize some of us, but they were too slow. Scientists were being killed, one by one. I pointed to the vent and yelled for everyone to go back in. After everyone went back in, we made sure the vent was closed. Some scientists were still alive in that room, but didn’t bother to come after us.

Hanna: *traumatized* They were planning to sabotage us and
put us in danger!
Lihu: JEEZ, you sure that wasn’t YOUR idea?! (I.I. Reference)
Samuel: I agree! Stupid bitch.
Tuka: Shut up, Lihu! Let’s just get straight to the point and get
the hell out of here.
Christopher: Yeah.
Samuel: Fine, but if someone dies, I’m gonna fucking cry.
Hanna: SAMUEL!!
Samuel: Okay, holy fuck.

Dude. If someone dies, why wouldn’t anyone cry?! I’d like for him to explain that right now. And he isn’t making anything better, because he MIGHT JINX IT!! Damn. Okay. We crawled in the vent and found another one. I made sure to look inside the room before entering. It was an empty hallway. But on my left was a see-through door, and it was the exit! I thought “We’re all free, we’re all FREE!!” After I looked, I told everyone that I saw a door that lead to he exit. I said that I looked and for them to trust me. And when we opened the vent and came into the room, we saw it. Freedom standing right in front of us.

Hanna: We… we’re all free… WE’RE ALL FREEEEEEE!
Everyone: *loudly cheering*
Hanna: Hey, Chris? Why don’t you do the honors?
Christopher: Yaaa!

Christopher walked over to the glass door. He smiled, and sighed from relief that he though he wouldn’t die, but…

Head scientist: *appears from behind and shoots Christopher* Heh..
there won’t be any escaping for any of you.
Christopher: AUGH! *cough cough*
Hanna: No… no.. nonononononono, CHRIS!!
The crowd of experiments: *gasp, followed by quiet crying*
Hanna: Chris… Christopher.. PLEASE stay with me…

As Christopher laid on the ground with blood dripping from his mouth and stomach, where he was shot, being held by me… he slowly looked at me and said…

Christopher: … I will always love you.

(Narrator Talking now)

He slowly closed his eyes, as the smile on his face slowly faded away, and the fire on his head had went out. Hanna was devastated, as tears started flowing from the eye she uses to express emotion. She put Christopher’s hand down and got up, looking down.

Christopher had revealed something that Hanna never knew.

He loved her.
