Why is it like this?

I was out in public and eating a popsicle when like four teens boys watched me eat it. They waited there to see me do something weird with my popsicle. LIKE WHAT THE HECK?! I looked up at them and was very uncomfortable. I went over to my dad and the boys followed me. My dad went over to them and the boys freaked out and ran off
