My dad slammed my phone on the ground possibly breaking it

He thinks I only like my phone for games. But that’s not true. I call my friends and family. I always have to wait for my mom to get home on days that aren’t Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. My dad wouldn’t even let me on my phone if I needed to call the cops. He says that I never really wanna call anybody and that I just wanna be on the phone.
