Random break because my mental health has been getting worse from the past week and idk why

I am not going to talk too much about it because I might overshare, but I can say I have to fix my mental health before school starts at 9/7/23 since it’s getting way too hard to bottle up my emotions in public.
I might come back around mid September btw
