Yea they can.

I don't use Q-tips so my ears don't get clogged from ear wax, however, I'm aware that I might have to clean my ears every once in a while to prevent this again. It's just I've heard from a doctor or two that they could actually cause your ears to be clogged instead of preventing it. Also I'll check it out now

Well I k ow why your errs are clogged naw. Using a Q-tip will let you hear longer then not using them. And you can go to a doctor in the future to get it cleaned out. Also I asked you something on the rp just in case you didn’t see.

I did do that once since it was taking a while before and my neck was hurting a bit, but it wasn't when it cleared up, I was standing. I also had someone suggest that I take a really warm (but not hot) shower but it didn't really work much. Also one more thing, I don't really like using Q-tips since it could push the earwax further into my ear, I'd rather just let it drain on a towel.

YAY!… did you lay on your side and dump a little in and let it sit for a bit?… also you could use some worm water on the Q-tip to help after the peroxide.
