For some reason, my English professor is failing to teach his sixth grade and two seventh grade classes

2/19 people passed in the other class and around 3/19 people in my class passed (Somehow, I was on of the 3)
And now he’s discriminating the students who failed in my class and idk if I should report this to my school counselor or not :/
